This Privacy Policy applies to the application and website branded as re:Start Studio, including the domain restartpodcast.com and its related subdomains.

1. Information We Collect

re:Start Studio collects account details, waitlist submissions, connected social account metadata, and content you upload for editing, rendering, and publishing.

2. How We Use Information

We use information to provide the service, process media, support publishing workflows, maintain security, and improve product reliability.

3. Social Platform Integrations

If you connect platform accounts, we store tokens and required metadata to perform publishing actions you request. Platform providers may apply additional terms and policies.

4. Data Storage and Security

We use managed cloud infrastructure and access controls to protect data. No system can guarantee absolute security.

5. Data Retention

We retain data for as long as needed to operate the service and meet legal obligations, unless deletion is requested and technically feasible.

6. Your Choices

You can disconnect social accounts, update account details, and request account deletion by contacting support.

7. YouTube API Services

re:Start Studio uses YouTube API Services. By using the YouTube features of this application you agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service. Information collected through YouTube API Services is also handled in accordance with the Google Privacy Policy.

What we access and store: (a) if you connect a YouTube channel, we store OAuth tokens and channel metadata needed to upload and schedule videos to that channel at your request; (b) for our internal creator-research features, we retrieve publicly available channel and video metadata and statistics (such as titles, view counts, like counts, and comment counts). Publicly available statistics and derived metrics computed from them are stored for up to 36 calendar months. Other YouTube data (such as video titles and channel names) is refreshed or deleted within 30 calendar days. Derived metrics shown in the product are generated independently by re:Start Studio and are not sourced directly from YouTube's API.

Revoking access and deletion: you can disconnect a YouTube channel at any time in Settings > Connections inside the application, or revoke re:Start Studio's access via Google security settings. You may request deletion of stored YouTube data by contacting support; we delete associated tokens and stored YouTube data when a connection is removed or an account is deleted.

8. Changes to this Policy

We may update this policy periodically. Material changes will be reflected on this page with the updated effective date.
